60% Dark with Almonds. Delicious. Current batch is with beans from Ecuador and Uganda. Rich in taste, incredibly smooth in texture, with the perfect amount of almonds tying it all together. Unique in experience.
If you love dark chocolate this is for you. The Almonds round it out.
If you don't love dark chocolate, you will be surprised. And, you'll probably still like this chocolate.
It's "not quite like store bought dark chocolate" we're often told.
We've converted many non-dark chocolate eating people once they try our version.

The beans we use in this particular bar are from Uganda and Ecuador in a 50/50 blend.
(Side note on flavors and origins of beans: To be honest, we could give some kind of fancy description of what flavor notes you could expect. But we won't. You should try a few different origins and see what you like. They're all awesome and different. And tasting different beans from different origins is a real eye opener.)
 
Recipe contains 60% nibs + butter (cocoa solids). Hence our naming of the bar.
 
What makes our bars unique:
Buying high quality beans from different origins, rather than blending various bean varieties, allows us to bring you very unique chocolate that reflects the area they're from. If you have never experienced "single origin" chocolate, you'll be in for a real treat. We also focus on making a dark that is more "likeable" by those who don't usually cherish a dark chocolate bar. It's definitely dark chocolate, but we have removed some of the "harsh" dark flavors often found in other commercial bars. We think it's a huge improvement. And so does Thor!
 
Additionally, we refine our chocolate for a long time and into very tiny particles, making it extra smooth and creamy, unlike what most people have ever had on their tongue before.
 
As a result, our chocolate is very flavorful, "rich in taste", and ridiculously smooth and creamy. That's why Thor loves it and won't eat any other brand anymore! And if he loves it, then you should try it for sure.
