Since we are shipping heat sensitive products, we will typically fulfill and ship orders in the first part of the week. We typically use a carrier with 2-3 day delivery to your address and add padding and insulation as needed. During the summer we will not generally send out packages from Thursday through Saturday, but will hold any orders until Mondays to prevent packages sitting in warehouses or on trucks over the weekend and there being a higher chance of chocolate products melting.  So, our summer shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and occasionally Thursdays, if there is a reasonably high chance the delivery will make it to your door within 2 days.

We do our best to get chocolate products to you in the best condition possible. But melting is possible during the hottest parts of the year, despite our best efforts.
